Job Description

  • Monitoring & Management of Top up card generation/activation/stock
  • Make forecast of Top up card usage and expense
  • Create plan for Top up card purchasing
  • Manage Top up card vendor and Distributors
  • Data input in daily report file and monthly report files.
  • End to End Physical top up/E top up  distribution operating procedure for respective sales channel.
  • Make audit report concern distributors
  • Prepare payment request form in SAP System and try to get approval from management side(Epin Bulk Sales)
  • Approve  in SAP system behalf of Team Manager
  • Handle QR code Voucher card management with New  Oversea printing vendor
  • Apply for New DTR Code 
  • Handle Credit Sales 
  • Data input of Daily report of Generation & Activation 
  • Data collection and calculation for printing charges

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Have high level of cost mind.
  • Prefer logistics experience or warehouse experience
  • Sometime able to have travel
  • Experience at least 3 years of sales logestics field
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, MS office.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to analyses and solve problems.
  • Ability to lead sales teams.
