Job Description

  1. Analyze current and potential customers based on their requirements and relationship conditions to expand the business.
  2. Conduct own recruiting, objectives setting, periodic performance targets, coaching and performance monitoring of the team.
  3. Focus on team’s technical and sales reports to collect, analyze and summarize sales information and engineering data.
  4. Looks for opportunities to grow B2B business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives.
  5. Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
  6. Be able to develop strong customer relationships.
  7. Able to actively work towards agreed sales targets.
  8. Results oriented, detailed and driven.
  9. Report and clearly communicate status and objectives to Managing Director & National Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree, will give priority to Engineering Mechanical graduates.
  2. Minimum of 4 years Sales Experience in related B2B Channel and having     Lubricant background is preferred.
  3. Personally motivated, Resilience and tenacity. High Responsibility, Honesty,
  4. Basic in English (Writing, Reading and Speaking).
  5. Excellent Computer skills and Presentation skills.
