-  Sales and Marketing department strategic plan for annual and implementation plan for daily, weekly and monthly to achieve the financial objectives

-  Asses the Competitive Landscape and Strategies change to the sales program in response to competitors

-  Motivate and energize the Team Members get the maximum productivity in enthusiasm manner.

-  Establish the Referral network in the market and enhanced the business opportunities to the hotels.

-  Attentions to key Revenue generating channels on daily basis and get the effective decisions to stabilize the business.

-  Updated the Reports in the departments and check the accuracy from hotel before submitted to the Management.

-  Create Effective Hotel Promotions Plan frequent discussion with the hotels Operational team.

-  Updated the Data centers recorded customer Data base, special contract data base, Loyalty Members data base and other all the data base and contacted them regularly.

-  Any Bachelor /Master / Higher Diploma education background related with (Sales and Marketing & Hotel Management)

-  Have minimum 5 years and above similar range of Hotel and Resorts

-  Hotel Management system

-  Fluent in English oral, written

-  Have good knowledge about the Myanmar tourism market

-  Able to Manage and work with the Team

-  Good Team player, Objective oriented

-  Worked in the challenge environment.
