Research opportunities for new clients and events.
Prepare and present the company’s range of & services, that will meet client’s needs and generating sales & profits.
Generate sales quotes, sales proposals
Organise event set up and execute effective coordination between departments
Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports
Manage all pre-event planning
Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
Work closely with internal teams ensuring all logistics and operations aspects are met for the clients.

Job Requirements

Have min. 3 years experience in corporate event sales
Competent knowledge of events logistic and operations
Drive for result, self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and written skills.
