- Archieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Setting individual sales target with the sales team

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation

- Able to coah and train the sales people

- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education

- Promoting the organization and products

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (or) Professional degree in business studies/administration/management (or) Equivalent field

- At least 5years experience in sales field

- Prefer candidates who live in Bago

- Must have experience of managing a team

- In depth knowledge of performance metrics

- Excellent in communication and leadership skill

- Strong knowledge in Microsoft excel, access, data formulation, mail drafting, presentation and analytical skill

- Must have problem solving skills, professional maturity, communication skills and ability to work independently.
