Job Description

Oversee sales teams and develop strategies to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company. You will manage and grown a junior Wholesales Team in Hyper Power. 


  • Manage own and direct reports to drive sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
  • Meet with potential dealers and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
  • Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Coordinates external and internal partners to ensure delivery of wholesales customers’ requirements, appointment setting
  • Proactively anticipates and addresses customer and wholesaler needs and plans accordingly to ensure client expectations are met every time
  • New Business sales wins to exceed target supported by local cross functional support teams and the Sales Managers
  • Research and collect market relevant data around competitor activity, pricing, client demands, etc

Job Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration or Any Bachelor Degree
  • Ability to analyze market research & pricings
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English/Myanmar.
  • 5+ years in sales management within a corporate setting
  • 2- 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry, preferably liquors industry.
  • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
  • Ability to travel at least 10% of the time
  • Must be highly organized and able to tackle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
