The role holder is responsible for effectively getting sales for unsecured consumer loans by implementing the sales strategy developed and pursuing new business opportunities to enable achievement of customer acquisition, market share and revenue target. The role holder is responsible for working closely with a network of key merchants, and driving the implementation of sale initiatives to ensure the delivery of products to client.

• Operate the sales plan and report to VCGMA, and promote and sell unsecured lending products and solutions to consumer clients in order to improve the bank’s market share and achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Looking for new clients and maintaining the existing consumer banking relationships
• Ensures the unsecured consumer product/solution offered meets the needs of clients and delivers satisfaction
• Exploits cross-selling opportunities through collaborating with other Value Centres to maximize fulfilling a diverse range of customer needs
• Carry out the end-to-end sales process from client opportunity planning and deal closing in order to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participates in external civic/community affairs, business/industry associations and other professional activities as appropriate to enhance customer awareness and grasp additional business
• In addition to the primary responsibilities, the role holder will also be accountable for one of the following portfolios

Marketing and Customer Service

• Coordinates with the Marketing Function to ensure the best result in communicating the products to customers while imbuing the bank’s corporate identity in all communications at the same time
• Collaborates seamlessly with marketing and e-commerce specialists to use marketing technologies and social media to encourage repeat business

• B.com, or other relevant qualifications (sales& marketing diploma, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and good problem-solving attitude
• Good English four skills
• Proven work experience as a Sales manager (3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role for unsecured lending products)
