Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing & lift the brand
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department including Sales Admin Team
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Keep training of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Build and maintain effective relationship with key and existing potential clients
Monitor key accounts performance trends
Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning

Job Requirements

Age between 35 to 45 Years Old
Able to travel monthly
Graduate Degree especially in Mechanical
Extensive working experience in similar roles at sales management level in a highly competitive sales environment
Experience in Lubricants/ Engine Oil & FMCG/ F&B related
Highly analytical and problem solving ability
Ability to work under pressure
Customer Service Oriented, Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Familiar with CRM software
Analytical and data driven problem solver
