This role is crucial to the success of our real estate project as we need a manager to advertise our commercial area for the project.
Has a good understanding of the real estate market in Mandalay
Develop a pricing strategy for store rentals and retail space
Make presentations and sales pitches to potential clients
Actively reach out to potential clients to advertise the project
Needs to have the ability to set up and lead the sales and marketing team
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management
Strong leadership and sense of ownership, with the ability to have hands-on monitoring of project status and coach subordinates closely.

Job Requirements

This role requires someone who won’t be afraid to roll up their sleeves and get work done.
Diploma/Degree holder in Sales or related discipline .
3 years or above working experience
Understands Myanmar culture very well
Well pronounced presentation skills
Good command of Burmese, English and Chinese is a plus .
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility.
