- Establish sales strategy and provide direction on the development of sales and marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives
- Regular visit for presenting products information to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals at hospitals and clinics
- Technical support to customers in smooth and effective usage of our products
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation
- Analyze market realities, perform market research, collect market intelligence of consumer trend and behavior and conduct a thorough competitor analysis with respect to pricing, services offered, etc.
- Monitoring the oversight of the sales, marketing, business development and all commercial functions
- Formulate medium- and long-term sales and marketing strategies to align to big-picture business direction and clients' needs and implementing comprehensive business projects and activities planning
- Being very responsive to customer’s complaints and provide solutions timely
- Supervising sales team and mentoring and training the subordinates to continuously develop their skills
- Projecting sale forecasts and sales target achievement
- Monitoring inventory and manage orders by leading key relationships with internal & external customers
- Provide strategic advices to the Board of Directors and execute, monitor, review and report regularly on activities
