The main responsibility of real estate sales managers is to motivate your sales team to close deal. You must develop effective training programs that teach how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale. After training, you must set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the to sales team to achieve. These goals are tracked through sales meetings that are conducted by the manager. During the meeting, sales managers discuss whether or not the sales team, as a whole, is meeting goals. If the goals are not met, sales managers offer advice and motivation.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property, including preparation and execution of sales agency agreements and advertising material
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Organize to participate in sales event and exhibition
- Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards
- Maintain a well-groomed and business like appearance
