Key Accountabilities

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, staff, product and customer service. You will drive the team to achieve sales objectives that the Armani Exchange brand experience and luxury customer service are delivered to the client at all times.
 

Detail Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Complete Store operational requirement requirement by Scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
  2. Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees by coashing, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  3. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing repport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
  4. Manage the Daily Sales and Inventory Performance and prepare for the monthly reports.5.
  5. Ensures the replenishment systems are followed and the store standard expectations are consistently met.
  6. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and meashures.
  7. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  8. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirement of company.
  9. Trains to employees the professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
  10. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
  11. Emphasize to increase sales force and well plan for vital merchandise.
  12. Well receive and transfer inventory correctly.
  13. Ensures all cash handling and LP policies and procedures are consistently enforced.
  14. Cooperation with other departments.
  15. Analyses the daily, monthly and yearly report for Sales, Category Performance and Staff Performance.
  16. Maintains the operational proper system running.
  17. Replenish with brand manager.
  18. Maintains the inventory at display and store daily.
  19. Liaise with auditing matter.
  20. Handling with customer complains.
  21. Briefing and Discuss the daily sales target and assigned the duty to all staff daily.
  22. Resolves all HR issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with the HR Department when necessary.
  23. Works in conjunction with the Head of Operation in managing all areas of the daily operations of the store.
  24. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate and Sales and Marketing Diploma
  2. 5 + years of Luxury Clothing, Human Resources experience is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skill reail Sales and Merchandising Experience.
  4. Well-groomed and neat looking.
  5. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
