Responsible and ensure the sales operations for the assigned region is effectively handled towards the achievement of company’s objectives.
To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements.
To cooperate with related departments & branch.
To constantly review branch manager’ performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
Achievement of sales KPIs set by the company.
To ensure that all the sales activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales and within the given time scales.
Established qualitative and quantitative objectives for the Key Customers e.g. Key Accounts (if applicable), Direct Sales Team (if applicable) Distributors and sales force.
Build a good network, by developing personal relationship with the Distributors.
Build Strategic Customer Relationship with Key Account Customers.
Any Graduate (or) MBA holder.
Minimum (5 ~ 8) years related experience for Sales in FMCG and Distribution background.
Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Experience in managing Modern Trade & General Trade.
Experience in Distributor, Agent, Sales Plan & Wholesales Management.
