-Research and analyse the market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information and prepare weekly reports and monthly reports to top management-Planning, Organising, Controlling, Monitoring and Directing the sale team in attaining the monthly, yearly, sales targets (retail, wholesale and project sale) to expand market-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team-Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members-Acquire insight in offline / online marketing trends & keep strategies up-to-date- Coordinate with other departments to achieve the company missions, goals and objectives

Job Requirements
-Must have at least 5 years sale experience of paint & coating industry prefer who have experience in projects sales-Must be fluent oral and written in English is essential-Must be result-oriented with high integrity in Sales Profession-Must be business level in the English language
