-Can slove from audit report if haveAccountabilities- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team- Assist with the development of sales presentations- Coverage Achievement (%)- Distribution system- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue- Sales trend previous & future- Sales forecast & target achievement- Two weeks stock must be control- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities- Develop promotional ideas and materialReporting System- Action Plan by month- Suggest actions to counter competition
