Job Description

- Organize national market sales promotion

- Plan the overall operation and business direction of the company's sales system, and lead team building

- According to the company's overall sales target, submit the sales plan, supervise the entire sales process, and complete the sales tasks;

- Train marketing personnel, build and manage high-quality marketing teams, and guide them to complete company plans and marketing tasks

- Plan and promote marketing strategies and tactics to achieve the company's various annual operating targets.

- Assist the general manager to establish a comprehensive sales strategy;

- Develop and organize the implementation of a complete sales plan;

- Guide and control the direction and progress of marketing work according to company requirements;

- Organize the department to develop a variety of sales methods to complete the sales plan and payment collection tasks;

- Manage sales staff to help establish, supplement, develop and train sales teams

- Master market dynamics, be familiar with market conditions and have unique insights

- Effectively manage dealers;

- Organize the negotiation and signing of the company's marketing contract;

- Assist in handling major customer complaints, follow up the results of complaints, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys;

- Conduct customer analysis, establish customer relationships, and tap customer needs

- In-depth understanding of the industry, grasp the latest sales information, and provide companies with a basis for business development strategies

- Excellent market development, project coordination, and negotiation skills;                                            

- Responsibilities: According to the company's sales target, profit target, regional market and competitive product status, formulate marketing strategies, including: channel, product sales planning, profit target, resource input planning, etc.

Job Requirements

- The ability to lead the sales team to achieve sales goals

- More than 5 years of sales and team experience in the FMCG industry

- Promote and implement follow-up to achieve the channel sales tasks under its jurisdiction

- Strong management ability, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability;     

- Have a high degree of work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility;
