  1. Have to prepare and implement the sales plan and meet the sales target.
  2. Regularly report the sales report to Department Head.
  3. Must Lead and initiate the sales team properly.
  4. Create and implement strategies to achieve agreed upon goals.
  5. Able to perform the sales functions and coordinates with marketing Team.
  6. Retain and train talent for the Sales Department.
  7. Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s.
  8. Create and monitor sales incentive plans for the sales team.
  9. Keeping up to date with product and competitors.

Job Requirements

- University Graduate, A Diploma (or) Certificate in Sales is preferred.
- Age between (30 to 45) years.
- At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales & marketing field.
- Computer literate – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail.
- Must have knowledge in Location. 
- Willingness to travel and work outside working hours if needed.
