We are looking for a talented B2B Sales Manager to join our team, Better HR,a product of Nexlabs, one of Myanmar's leading digital transformation partner.
Responsibilities
Search for new clients who could benefit from the product
Establishing new clients, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate with the clients
Uniqueness of the value proposition
Effectively communicate client needs to the product team for future product
Enhancements
Drive revenue-generating activities and achieve sales target
Contribute in after-sales support to clients
Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs
Collect and document competitive intelligence.
Results-oriented, detailed and driven
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Reports directly to Head of Sales

Job Requirements
Desired Profile
We are looking for applicants with the following profile:
Minimum 2 years experience as a B2B sales manager
Proven work experience in HR and B2B industry
Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
Established presentation and writing skills.
Business English level is a must.
Proactive and positive working attitude
