  • Developing Sales by operational plan that cover sales, area and customers
  • Meet the Sales Target outlined by management
  • Responsible for customers, areas and products growth
  • Setting individual and team target by area, items and sales amount
  • Tracking Sales goals and reporting the progress to management
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team
  • Creating route plan and promotional plan on occasion basis
  • Creating and follow up sales lead
  • Regional expansion and penetration
  • Training sales team and set up sales team functions
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years experiences as Sales Manager.
  • Proven Track Record on Sales Performance
  • Experience in sales plan and implementing sales strategy
  • Experience with customers relationship management
  • Experience in managing and driving sales team
  • Able to outline route plan and sales plan
  • Ability to train and develop the sales team
  • Focus on customer service and relationships
  • Have experience in FMCG and baking industries will be advantage
  • Must work at Shwe Pyi Thar (Wartayar Industrial Zone)
  • Will provide meal and transportation
