Job Description

  • Plan, develop and execute sales strategies
  • Develop sales operating budgets and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for the Bank’s products and services
  • Meet with key clients, manage Relationship Managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  • Manage sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Research and analyze Bank’s market trends, demographics, pricing strategy, competitor activities, and other relevant information and Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.  
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.  
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, finance, and operations departments to forecast sales, price movements, costs etc., 
  • Manage and direct internal sources and external agencies/vendors to successfully navigate all phases of product marketing, including advertising, public relations, press, social media, product launches, special events, and trade and consumer promotions.  
  • Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.  
  • Propose website enhancements that will drive a better user experience and regularly update all web content in both English and Burmese
  • Ensure SEO and SEM best practices are adhered to where possible, and ensure the website is well integrated into digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with different business units to make sure their product and service information is always up to date on the website, and to advise them on how best to present the information to their target audience
  • Stay up to date with website analytics and UI/UX best practices to be able to advise the tech team and designers on how to build the website
  • Work independently and cross-functionally to activate and manage myriad channels, and plan, track, and manage detailed work
  • Oversee and grow the capability of the department by identifying opportunities to develop professional skills
  • Execute other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, in order to maintain, promote, develop and expand the bank and its interests

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any degree (Sales & Marketing, business, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of (5) years experiences in Sales including at least 4 years in a Management role in the Banking Industry
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales, marketing and branding
  • Proficiency with online sales and social media strategy
  • Professional attitude and appearance, good communication and public relations, Customer service mindset and attitude
  • Strong problem-solving, managerial and analytical skills; good social and communication skills, coupled with organizational skills
