Job Description

Objectives

  • To reach the sales volume and sales target as per the production capacity.
  • To set work-flow, guidelines for all sales related process as per the manufacturing flow.
  • To turn leads into prospects and prospects into customers.
  • To maintain existing customer for long term sales continuity.
  • To manage all services of bottle production. (starting from product development discussion to delivery to customer process under sales team)

Responsibilities

  • Become the expert in glass manufacturing sales process and become mentor to the sales team.
  • Monitor competitor market (oversea), analyze and report external import and export research data for all glass bottle related volume and pricing.
  • Set commercial terms as per manufacturing’s capabilities and limitation tolerance as per management guideline.
  • Close the sales and get customer sign the contract as per the commercial terms.
  • Resolve all potential issues and complaints related to sales and delivery services to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze Myanmar’s market demand and competitors trade activities.
  • Represent as company representative in trade association meetings to promote and service.
  • Work with Thai management team to set product development, technical development and sales support.
  • Work with Myanmar management team to set revenue and sales goals as per production yield.
  • Manage and set Sales team incentive and KPI.

Glass Manufacturing background and knowledge of production and sales flow preferred.
