Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

·  Manage sales and marketing for Kospa to achieve revenue and margin targets. 

·  Manage customer relationships to ensure organic revenue growth, maintenance of contracted customers and to provide the standards of service mandated contractually and within KOSPA standards.

·  Prepare and present key account tender process and customer reviews to KOSPA clients.

·  Manage administrative tasks related to customers. 

·  Foster and build relationships with customer staff outside of commercial contacts in procurement, warehouse, transport and accounting dept.

·  Travel / Visit all territories, customers and areas to establish, maintain and grow KOSPA portfolio.

·  Develop sales and revenue budgets and execute the annual plan in terms of KPI, sales revenues and margins, commercial operating expense and budgetary control.

·  Present value adding activities to improve efficiencies and value offered to clients.

Job Requirements

1.  Having accountability in fluent English and Burmese both internally and externally in proper business manner. Additional languages, bonus.

2.  Personal Integrity respect the stakeholder, teamworking, innovative individuals. 

3.  Hands-on for day to day commercial and operation activities

4.  Being able to create business plan (P&L) as per project base with reasonable explanation.

5.  Fast learner and implement with motivating him/her selves and team member

6.  Proactive approach to create firm relationship with customer and motivate team member

7.  Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

8.  Aptitude in delivery attractive presentations

9.  Excellent interpersonal and communication, negotiable and interpersonal skills

10.  Developing leadership skill, Analytical problem-solving skill, and Sales and marketing Planning/Organization
