The Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. The Sales Manager manages a team of Sales resources who are involved in selling OOH advertising to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor and track daily operations task of Sales team under management
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales pipeline forecasts
  • Set, track and report on monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and metrics for the Sales team
  • Manage a portfolio of clients that are either handled direct or indirectly through Client Services Executives
  • Coordinate Sales team activities to meet deadlines and drive sales to achieve targets and regularly report progress to the Client Services Manager
  • Track Sales team’s progress in line with Sales Qualification Process
  • Support the Sales team in finding new leads
  • Train new sales representatives
  • Identify and implement improvements to the sales process
  • Support the Client Services Manager to conduct research and discover methods to increase customer satisfaction and maximize revenue
  • Ensure compliance of all sales, finance and legal policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with the Creative Director, Client Services Manager and clients to ensure delivery of client requirements, appointments and the presentation of proposals to clients and prospects
  • Anticipate and address client needs and plans accordingly to ensure client expectations are met every time
  • Acts as the main point of contact for client escalation and issue resolution for the Sales team under management
  • Support the Marketing team’s research by collecting market relevant data around competitor activity, pricing, client demands, etc

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration
  • Fluency in English (both written & spoken)
  • Strong ability to work well under tight deadlines both independently and within the team
  • More than 5 years of marketing agency account management or client-side experience in a marketing media sales/account management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Extremely organized and highly-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven client relationship development experience
  • Understanding of and experience with traditional and digital marketing channels and techniques
