- Fully responsible for Sales and Marketing activities for automotive auction business
- Analyze and make a plan of which Industry, field, region company will provide and expand their new auction business.
- Report to boss with administrative tasks such as documentations and reports
- Develop and execute strategic business plan to drive growth in revenue and profitability
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to field sales and product managers through market research, trend analysis, and other data mining methodologies and resources
- Attend auction events to sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements
- Must have over 3 yesrs working experinece as Sales and Marketing- Must have experience of providing market, planning events and developing new clients
- Prefer to have working experience in used car business, network in used car business
- Must be able to plan/manage/organize product promotion event
- Must be upper conversational level in the English Launguage- "Tough" negotiation skills with customers
- Prefer to be intermediate level in the Japan Launguage
