Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Enhance the maximum sales volume in line with target and maintaining good relationship with customer
To wear office uniform and carrying required accessories (PDS order/cash/form,etc)
To collect order on call from relative field
To explain about new product schemes/changes to customer, enhance on cash selling and order collection
To extend territory wise on relative area (find out the new customer an introduce products) and prepare new customer list
Prepare complaint form for damaged goods and immediately report to A/S Manager
Prepare total sale list for individual customer
Prepare the estimate sale forecast for next trip two days ahead, for taking advance cash, packing the store issued goods and promotion materials for up country sales
Claim stock balance, cash and advance payment within () hours after arrived back to head office
Report day to day activities sales and situation to respective supervisor and follow upon supervisor’s instructions
Daily updating of ISO formats like DSSR Daily Report, etc in line with ISO
