A Great Opportunity for ...

  • To act as Acting Team Meanager for Finance Support team to manage team operations/members, set KPI, monitor the process to develop the better operational process flow and achieve at least 90% team KPI target.
  • To coordinate with internal and external team to plan the current operation process to be improved in B2C bill delivery and payment collection.
  • To initiate the new payment channels for B2C customers to increase the payment channels in nation wide and customers' convenience to make payment. 
  • To calcuate for the TRA KPI incentive programme every month and provide to the information to respective team. 
  •  Planning promotion to enhance digital payment.
