Job Description

As a Sales Supervisor for an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) distribution company, your primary responsibility is to oversee the sales team and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and coordinating sales activities within your assigned territory. Your role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on involvement in driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

  3. Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team.

  4. Plan on-ground way plan for sales representatives daily

  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

  7. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

  8. Provide feedback and performance evaluations to the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs.

  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards while representing the company.

  10. Receive and report on all sales leads to sales manager and management

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Pass Matriculation or any Bachelor's degree Holder.
  2. Availability to travel within the Yangon Region is a must.
  3. Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales management role within the FMCG industry.
  4. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices in the FMCG sector.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  9. Proficiency in using sales management software, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.
  10. Availability to travel within the assigned territory, as required.

Working Days - Monday to Saturday (Closed on Gazetted Holidays)
