Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Monitoring and mentoring all employees in their day to day activities in the stores.
- Handle customers in their queries and complaints and be able to solve issues which may arise on ground from time to time.- Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules- Receive and report on all sales leads- Supervise sales representatives and assistants- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

Job Requirements
- Any graduate and related Sales & Marketing diploma preferred.- Age between (25 to 35) years- Must have 3 years of experiences as sales supervisor with FMCG industries preferred.- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email, etc.,)- Strong interpersonal skills.- Must have valid driving licence and good driving skill and also work with Electric Bike for field Coaching- Must be able to travel locally.
