Job Description

  • To promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
  • Provide regular reports on customers and how satisfied or stop some customers from dealing with the company's products with the explanation.
  • Follow-up after-sales customer and constant communication with them and to respond to complaints and submit them to the department head.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of Cosmetics products and services.
  • Determine merchandise to be sold, and implement price and credit policy.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Review operational records and reports to sales.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Advise client on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  • set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • maintain inventory control.
  • develop promotional ideas and material.
  • Liaising with relevant departments on FDA processes.

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Must have 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have experience in cosmetics and consumer goods business.
  • Must have good communication skills and must have positive attitude.
  • Must be active and able to work in a team.
