Job Description

  • Works closely with all staff members and merchandise coordinator to maintain all visual standards
  • Take on a leadership role with Professional Sales Associates and assist with store opening and closing
  • Identifies new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Collects and compiles data to identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Maintain clienteling standards set forth by the Store Manager and District Manager
  • Displays business acumen by explaining KPIs to associates, helping them contribute to store goals
  • Leads by example, enjoys selling and client development
  • Displays problem solving abilities, taking action when necessary
  • Is an ambassador of our Company Values
  • Reflects the brand style, key looks and dress code
  • Displays a customer focus by being an effective salesfloor leader

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated with a related Certificate and Diploma.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position (sales, distribution, Operation).
  • Extensive knowledge of all territories in a shop region or market
  • Previous Territory/Route Sales experience preferred
  • Customer development & management skills
  • Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ) within predefined time frames)
