  • Submit the sales plan, supervise the entire sales process, and complete the sales tasks
  • Develop a variety of sales methods to complete the sales
  • Set weekly and monthly sales target & strategies for sales team to achieve
  • Discovers new target market and penetrates them to drive sales
  • Take regular feedbacks about market, sales, products and making use of their feedback to improve customer satisfaction
  • Can travel Regional Area for Regional Supervisor
  • Managing, coaching, and training Regional DT SR
  • Conducts daily operation review with DT SR
  • Daily report and regular monthly report to Management

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree, preferred diploma in sales and marketing 
  • 3 Years experience with supervisor position in FMCG field
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Must have driving Licnese and good driving skill
  • Good in MS Office skills and reporting skills
  • Must be able to travel locally
