Sales Support Manager at one of the most successful Global Insurance Companies in Yangon
Responsible for the coordination of the entire aspects of Sales Support activities
Salary will be up to 3,000,000 MMK

The Role
Drive the delivery of sales support in collaboration with key stakeholders and business owners
Manage the Salesperson on-boarding, Agency Office Maintenance, Performance analysis
Business analysis, Rewards/Recognition and Incentive/Compensation Calculation functions
Coordinate to communicate with the internal department, including management presentation materials, Agent Contest, regulatory changes etc.

Job Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Sales Support/Sales Operation/Sales Calculation field.
Bachelor’s Degree is a must and Master’s degree preferable
Business English is a must
Broad knowledge of sales support function, with strong managerial skill, experience in managing sales.
