As they are setting up in Myanmar, working for them will offer you a chance to be a founding member of one of the market leaders.The RoleLeading a team of 4 staff, this role is responsible for the training of the external agents that drive a significant portion of the business.● Develop market specific training programs● Travel around the country implementing sales training to drive the top line revenue of the company● Support the Sales Team by using KPIs to identify training needs and implement necessary training● Report to the expat Chief Agency Officer and manage a team of 4 staff
