Vanguard has developed a cross functional Support Services to provide support andmaintained essential business processes across Vanguard. The aim of Support Servicesis to provide the best, most value adding services in supporting ERP related businessissues and project base requirements. The SAP Support Consultant is a key role in theSupport team.
The Support Services is responsible for providing effective and efficient support toenable Vanguard to carry out daily business functions.
The SAP Support Consultant will be responsible for providing support to a vast array ofcustomers during installation, upgrade or usage of their software.• Primarily responsible for handling support tickets and application support to the end users.• Provide support such as problem fix, monitoring and testing for businessapplication.• When an issue comes, should be able to diagnose, analyse and solve the issue.• Reviews and discusses open incidents to determine who and how the incidents should be handled.• Develop and maintain documentation for issue logs and tickets analysis• Resolve problems, provide technical support, research and answer questionsrelated to the ERP system• Ability to deliver basic SAP training to client end-users and preparing end user training material.• Ability to work closely with peers and end users to deliver optimum service.• Ability and willingness to provide on-call support as needed including after office hours and weekends.• Ability to make thorough analysis with Finance expertise counterpart.

Job Requirements
• Possess a Degree in Accounting, Business or IT• Requires minimum 2 years of experience in supporting ERP related field or Accounting field• Highly initiative with service-oriented mindset• Confidence and ability to understand and navigate new technology quickly• Strong oral, written, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
