  • Prepare/review/evaluate the appropriate legal documents for company.
  • Represent the whole company in legal proceedings.
  • Involve in Site Acquisition matter for Legal point of view
  • Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
  • Examine the legal issues and negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
  • Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor /Master  degree in Law with License.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as telecommunication lawyer.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing English/Myanmar.
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.

Able to Travel whole Myanmar
