• Market Research & analyze the clients to understand their requirements, geographic segmentation, competitors to improve the saving product. • Identifies market opportunities and create saving product to increase the deposit in order to support funding requirements • Cooperate & collaborate with different departments in order to design, build & launch saving products. • Define yearly target to increase product usage & identify KPI’s to monitor the performance of the products and continuously improve them to ensure end-to-end product management• Work with Branches to implement sale strategy to meet the target. Also cooperate with Marketing & Business development to promote & awareness of clients.
• Work with training department to create the material & train as necessary. • Review the current policies, procedure, guidelines relating to saving products to improve the standardization, productivity, efficiency to meet the company’s goals. • Product creation related to saving in order for user friendly & effectiveness in reporting, controlling and tracking the product performance. • Monitor the weekly, monthly the performance of deposit & design the mitigation plan for low performance branches to achieve the business objective. • Initiate mitigation plan to manage cash deposit and withdrawal to manage risk. Establish the policy, procedure, Guideline to implement to reduce the operational risk. • To ensure compliance with FRD rules & regulation, prepare accurate report in audit finding, internal & external funding firms’ request, Social performance Dept., AML, etc. • Lead and execute the promotion and selling of ‘saving’ products to build the customer relationship base to achieve the customer’s satisfaction, renewals and retention.

Job Requirements
• At least 3 years of Management Level experiences in Microfinance Institution.• Any University Degree preferably in Management or relevant combination of academic qualifications;• Excellent written and oral communication skills of Myanmar & English.• Computer literacy and preferably expert in Microsoft Office package;• Excellent leadership skills.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated• Ability to facilitate the meeting, such as branch meeting and management meeting• Able to travel through the Myanmar Country and branches.
