Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare detailed time programme and related schedule(i.e. 3 month rolling schedule, 3 week rolling schedule etc) using “Microsoft project” and other appropriate tools
  • Monitor the progress of work and report monthly progress status and milestone status to the Manager. Report if any deviation is observed between actual progress and project schedule.
  • Suggest any mitigation plan for the delay based on the accurate analysis of actual condition, planned schedule and calculation of construction work.
  • Actively communicate with site engineers, sub-contractor and related members to receive the necessary information to check the progress of actual construction work to record and analyze the schedule delay.
  • Prepare for and attend the meeting related to technical and Schedule with the client.
  • Coordinate of related work between the Company and the Consultants, other Contractors, Consortium members and Sub-contractors
  • Prepare S-curve, milestone payment schedule and related documents 
  • Any other assistance for the principal to be assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

  • Communication and document (email, report, MOM) making skill in English
  • More than 3 years working experience in foreign-affiliated companies
  • More than 1 year working experience outside of Myanmar (i.e. Singapore, Japan)
  • More than 5 years experience of schedule planning and management by using “Microsoft Project” at construction project.
  • Master schedule planning from the scratch by him/herself or as a team member.
