  • Providing appropriate medical care to students and staff during school hours.
  • Communicating with parents for consent before any treatment is administered to students.
  • Maintains emotional control under stress.
  • Model behavior that is professional, ethical and responsible
  • Notify parents of accidents or illness
  • Providing medical support when requested for offsite activities and special events
  • Maintaining a written record of all medicines and equipment, including expiry dates. 
  • Ensuring that all first Aid Kits on site are regularly checked for stock and replenished where necessary. 
  • Other reasonable duties, as requested by the authorize person.

Job Requirements

  • A Nursing Degree
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • A current practicing license
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pediatric nursing.
  • Other qualifications relating to the field of nursing 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of medical care
