We arelooking for a Scrum Master to join our organisation currently undergoing an agile transformation. Who will support with growth of the organisation and to work with both the Software Development and Product Management teams, to drive adoption of the Scrum framework.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver within agile project management methodology.
• Manage sprints and facilitate ceremonies including daily stand-ups, refinements, workshops, reviewsand retrospectives.
• Assist in defining the project roadmap, resourcing [SM1] and assist in the managing external dependencies.
• Work with the technical team to ensure all deliverables are fit for purpose.
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process by prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team, leading them in the right direction and bringing in best practices for an Agile delivery.
• Raise risks and issues with Scrum Team to stakeholders and solve or help solve impediments.
• Providing the structure projects reporting and status update to stakeholders and sponsors 
• Ensure the team to self-organize and become a mature high-performing team
• Help Scrum Team members with their personal development.
• Must have certificate in PSM (or) PMP (or) PAL (or) Agile PM (or) ACP (or) Agile/SCRUM Certificate
