Set and maintain performance criteria for reporting personnel. Together with the Business Process Analysis, drive and support in KPI analysis of CT section.

Provide reliable Engineering services to internal customers, ensuring all CT equipments and installations is in a state of readiness at all times.

Ensure all incidents, accidents and occurrences to container terminal section are properly investigated, recorded, reported and correctly attended. Develop and implement preventive measures in coordination with the concerned department.

To plan inputs for the Budget by correct estimates of the expenditure involved in procurement, operation, maintenance and upgrades of section in order to meet the required availability and reliability.

Ensure safe maintenance practices and good housekeeping standards are maintained to meet the high level production.

Responsible for warranty obligation as applicable to all equipment under supervision and as defined in all contracts.

Demonstrates cost consciousness in all areas of work; strives to improve safety, productivity and cost per move of the area . Able to work within constraints of budget.

   2. Rubber Tyred Electrical Gantry Cranes
   3. Electrical Bus Bars
   4. RST, ECH, FL and Hydra, weigh bridges, DG sets

2. Constantly review and recommend updates to Engineering policies and procedures, relevant to other sections in order to achieve the high level production and budgetary targets

   Fostering co-operation and Team work. Exhibits conflict resolution and negotiation skills

   Initiate innovations and involvement in projects which are the requirement of today and to plan for tomorrow
