- Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel.
- Develop and implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms of the company.
- Lead day-to-day operation of company wise security activities.
- Make sure that the environment in the company is safe for employers, employees, customer and visitors to the shopping center, office tower and business center.
- Hire new members for the security personnel and delegate tasks and duties to them.
- Check and monitor the access control point in different location of shopping center, office tower and business center.
- Train and evaluate security personnel to achieve the department goal
- Make sure security personnel follow company standard personal hygiene & personal grooming and make sure security personnel follow security ethics.
- Make secure and security for all customers, visitors and tenants.
- Conduct security briefing to inculcate security consciousness amongst staff.
- Maintain all records of all occurrence and events.
- Other administrative duties assigned by senior management.
