Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

 Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel.
 Develop and implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms of the company.
 Lead day-to-day operation of company wise security activities.
 Make sure that the environment in the company is safe for employers, employees, customer and visitors to the shopping center, office tower and business center.
 Hire new members for the security personnel and delegate tasks and duties to them.
 Check and monitor the access control point in different location of shopping center, office tower and business center.
 Train and evaluate security personnel to achieve the department goal
 Make sure security personnel follow company standard personal hygiene & personal grooming and make sure security personnel follow security ethics.
 Make secure and security for all customers, visitors and tenants.
 Conduct security briefing to inculcate security consciousness among staff.
 Maintain all records of all occurrence and events.
 Other administrative duties assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

 Minimum 10 years’ experience in a management role; leading and managing multiple teams in security services of property management industry (E)
 Knowledge of safety and security equipment (E)
 Ability to lead effectively, mentoring as well as conflict resolution skills (E)
 Moderate in English written (D)
 Must have knowledge of modern security technique and procedures (E)
 Able to use Microsoft office application such as word, excel and PowerPoint presentation (E)
 Able to work in a team (E)
 Able to manage people and development (E)
 Able to speak English and Myanmar fluently. (D)
 Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure. (E)
 Strong interpersonal & business communication skills. (E)
 Able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments (D)
