  • Initial response after alert detection, cooperation with system owner
  • Security ticket management and support for closing
  • Improvements activities on security monitoring operations
  • Remote work support (VPN ID management, log auditing)
  • Assist SOC team leader in activities to control  information security risk in JO.
  • To support team member to develop skill and knowledge on information security
  • IT system operation
  • Application development
  • Security solutions for cyber attack
  • Good cooperation with team members and related department members, Leadership

Job Requirements

  • Experience in server or application  monitoring, on security events
  • Basic Network or application knowledge(TCP/IP, several NW products, Python, C, Java etc..)
  • Bachelor of Engineering ( Electrical Communication) or Engineering ( IT) or Science ( Computer Science)
  • More than 2 years experience in system or application monitoring.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security jobs
