Job Description

SOC Monitoring and handling the security incident

Monitoring and analyzing of security audit logs from security sources, such as SIEM, IPS/IDS, Applications, Cloud services, for the usage of Privileged ID and activities to ensure compliance with security policies.
Perform quality review of the daily real-time monitoring alerts generated by various security technologies, and perform analysis of log data and network traffic as part of the triage process
Correlate incident data to identify specific vulnerabilities and make recommendations that enable expeditious remediation
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements of the SOC operations
Review vulnerabilities and track resolution
Review and process threat intel reports
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Security or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in IT Security Operations environment
Experience monitoring security information and event management (SIEM) systems & tool
Experience in working with firewall, IPS and IDS & handling of IT Security incidents
Experience/Knowledge in working with Cloud services such as AWS
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Understanding of current vulnerabilities, attack TTPs and countermeasures
Prefer the relevant security certificate holder
