- To assist the Security Manager to ensure the safety and security of the Hotel, Guests, Staffs and their properties by compiling to security control procedures.
Reporting Lines
- Maintain a well recorded log book which is to be forwarded to security manager on handover duty shift, who will submit to the General Manager.
Internally
- Arranged with Human Resources Department to get meal boxes for Government Security forces. (If necessary).
- Also arrange with Front Office to give room to officer (Major and above) as per policy of Hotel Management for inner circle Government Security Forces and to report to Security Manager.
- Conduct regular pre-shift and post shift briefing on a daily basic to ensure regular follow up of daily occurrences.
- Maintain regular informative communication between the Security Department and management of the Hotel.
-Recommend to Security Manager way to enchance and improve the performance of security team while maintaining the hotel policies and procedures.
Externally
- Ensure proper communication is maintained with Government departments such as police, intelligence, fire bridge, doctors, hospitals etc. Their contact number are to keep at place for readily use.
- Visitor's passes were issued to outside workers in return, after keeping their ID cards from them and to give back on submission of visitor cards after finished their works.
