An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead Seller Engagement projects for Myanmar to build a strong seller community, via high communications effectiveness, engaged seller communities and effective seller on-boarding process and educational programs.
  • Work with teams in regional functional teams and country teams across Southeast Asia to identify pain points and develop shared solutions. Analysis on sellers statistics for MOM basis.
  • Manage E2E project implementation for various seller engagement topics including introduction of new communication channels including raising business requests, building business use cases and user scenarios, managing UAT, design operational plan, defining and measuring success.
  • Initiate and lead process improvement projects to improve on various seller engagement topics which may include seller on-boarding and incubation programs, seller communications, seller community building and management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics 
  • Experience in managing informal teams and Proficient in project management
  • Ability to think out of the box and provide creative and effective solutions
  • Enjoy problem solving and able to plan, multi-task and mange time effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and willingness to interact, share ideas while working with individuals from other departments/countries
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Resourceful and can analyse and solve problem independently
  • Data driven with strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze data
  • Background in e-commerce, learning and development or policy and governance is a strong plus
  • High proficiency in English is a must
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience which includes project management
