Creative and Strategic Planning

  • Create and refine strategy to drive performance against measurable business objectives briefed by Clients.
  • Creating the communication strategy for an advertising campaign, including targeting the right audience, as well as setting the tone and message of the campaign.
  • Responsible for writing the formal brief and for providing the ideal environment for creative development.
  • Combining market data, qualitative research and product knowledge within a brief to enable the creative team to produce innovative ideas that will reach consumers.
  • Presenting conclusions and ideas to clients and other agency staff
  • Analysing and interpreting customer response and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.

Financial Management

  • Manage the financial process of cost control, cost estimate and collection effectively to ensure profitability of accounts.
  • Ensure the best procedures and invoicing for the team is  adhered to.
  • Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish

Leadership

  • Ensure the clear distribution of project management workload and responsibilities between relevant staffs
  • Manage job priorities and teams to ensure timelines of  deliverables

Account Management & Client Service

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
  • Working with colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
  • Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client
  • Working with other staffs to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
  • Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Undertaking administration tasks
  • Arranging and attending meetings
  • Making pitches along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency

Event Management &  Organizers

  • Developing a Project Manual that identify the detail production and plan based on the proposal and present it to client.
  • Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
  • Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects/ accounts are delivered efficiently providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to team
  • Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years agency/client service/experience in event management and execution.

  • Previous collaboration experience with internal and/or external groups and agencies.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Flexible and enthusiastic about traveling; weekend/holiday work as needed

  • Desire to challenge your own limit.  

  • Forward thinking, proactive and creative thinking to build out-of-the box, holistic creative approach

  • Self-starter who will take initiative with new projects and work with a variety of people.

  • Desire and confidence to present materials to clients.

  • Excellent in organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
