- Perform and oversee all financial position of projects- Perform construction projects' budgets, cost analyses, preparing and reviewing invoices and subcontractors claims/contracts- Prepare Suppliers and Clients operation master file- Control Receivable and Payable with suppliers and clients- Handle daily AR/AP report and daily cash budget- Prepare weekly and monthly Cash budget and monitor Project expenses- Generate Bookkeeping all expenses/income and Financial Statements of each projects- Assist and prepare for Commercial Tax input/output and Stamp duty Tax matter

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 (or) years experience in the Construction or Interior Decoration industry - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or ACCA prefer- High attention to detail with strong organization and problem-solving- Age between 25 - 35
- Proficient in English 4 skills (MUST)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
