o Monthly closing accounts by deadline and necessary reports for multiple entities.
o Prepare and reconcile AP aging report with the suppliers.
o Liaise with Inter-companies to reconcile the balances and related party transaction 
o Prepare and reconcile AR aging report with the customers. 

o Oversee the AP and AR accountants to complete transactions in timely manner. Prepare regular required reports related to AR and AP accounts.

***Accounting And Financing
o Ensure collections and payments transactions are complete in timely manner
o Issue debit Note  and credit Note for  intercompany
o Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and compliance to group accounting policies.
o Responsible for Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation related to AP function. 
o Maintain and set up supplier account database.
o Review statement of account with suppliers for payment plan
o Follow internal controls.
o Complete data filing and backups.
o Assist  Finance Senior personalles and support auditors as well as tax officer to complete financial report and provide for audit requirement by quarterly and Monthly.

***Supervisory Duties
o Manage a team of 2-4 accountants.
o Plan, assign, and delegate work.
o Coaching and appraising performance.

- At least 5 years minimum experience in accounting field at Multinational Company.

-Age of between 30 to 35 

-Minimum academic level up to Bachelor’s Degree, ACCA (Part II) or Dip. IFRS knowledge in accountancy preferred.

-Computer literate for MS word, and Outlook. Proficiency on Excel and accounting software.

-Forward and achieving of targets and Timeline.  Able to work along with subordinates peers and superiors.

-Good communication skills and social interaction.
- Attention to deadlines and accuracy. Ability to comply with time constraints; good organization skills and Company processes and procedures.
- Analytical capacities to identify mistakes in accounts and to extract data from software, on request from management.
- Good speaking and writing skills in English and Myanmar Native Language.
- Experience of management level of at least 2 accountants for 2 years.
