Job Description

Monitor & Control of day to day account transaction and understand the full set of account
Prepare reconciliations of bank statement, account payable and account receivable periodically and report if any discrepancies found
Monthly checking cash book with supporting documents that are debit vouchers, credit vouchers and journal
Ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs.
Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products
Manage to secure financial information by completing data base backups
Analyzing and reporting on financial performance
Developing and implementing accounting policies
Preparing forecast and comprehensive budgets
Training accounting staff
Managing internal controls
Overseeing audit and tax functions

Job Requirements

A bachelor degree or diploma holder of B.Com, DA, IFRS, LCCI Level III

Microsoft Excel and words (Advance level)
Knowledeable in accounting software
Reporting of Balance sheet
Good communicate with E mail and Viber application
